What started as a passion for marketing has grown into a movement to fully support new Chick-fil-A Operators through one of the most pivotal seasons of their journey: the Grand Opening.
In 2024, we launched The Little Things Marketing with one mission in mind: help Operators build excitement, awareness, and strong community engagement through social media marketing. Over the next year, we had the honor of supporting over 20 Chick-fil-A Grand Openings across the country—crafting launch strategies, creating content, managing social media, and bringing the vision of each restaurant to life.
But along the way, we noticed something bigger.
As our relationships with Operators deepened, we began to see firsthand what weighed most heavily during the Grand Opening season. It wasn’t just the marketing, it was the hiring. The countless hours sifting through applications. The stress of finding the right people in a limited timeframe. The feeling of being spread too thin while trying to do it all.
We knew we could help.
And that’s where Launch Strong Collective was born.
Today, Launch Strong Collective exists to provide hands-on Marketing and Recruiting support for new Chick-fil-A Operators. We’re a team of passionate marketers and experienced Chick-fil-A HR leaders who believe that when Operators are fully supported in the launch season, everything changes - from team culture to guest experience to long-term success.
