I spent almost a year working alongside the HR Director at my first Chick-fil-A, where I led all of our first-round interviews and fell in love with the process of finding great people. Since then, I’ve completed over 800 phone screens for new Chick-fil-A restaurants—helping Operators save time, reduce burnout, and build strong, culture-driven teams from the very beginning.
What I love most about recruiting is getting to help Operators find top talent—and meet so many potential team members whose lives might be changed forever the moment they start their Chick-fil-A journey. It’s a joy and an honor to play a small part in that story.

I am a small town Kansas kid born and raised. The youngst of 3 siblings. Former college athlete, Christian, and married to my highschool sweetheart Makena. I am a proud dad to my beautiful daughter Emersyn Anne Rust.
My Chick-fil-A Journey began at the front counter in 2018 in a red polo my junior year of college. I fell in love with the restaurant and pursued the Operator Opportunity with the support of my Operator, Nate White. After 4.5 years of hard work, I began LDP and was on the road for 25 months with my bride and two dogs. after 10 assignments we exited LDP to work in Billings, Montanta until we were selected for our own opportunity.
On July 8 2025, I was named Operator - Select for New Philadelphia FSU, in New Philadelphia, Ohio. I am grateful and blessed to be a part of this incredible brand that has positively impacted my life and to carry on the legacy of Truett Cathy and the positive influence into this community and the Tuscarawas County.
I am passionate about building relationships, pursuing excellence, making long term impact, and creating value.
I also enjoy spending time with my family, golfing, cooking, and fitness!

Hi, I'm Elizabeth!
Raised in a military family, I built resilience and a passion for service early in life - values that align closely with Chick-fil-A’s culture. My journey with Chick-fil-A began in 2016, where I developed and grew in different leadership positions in a multi-restaurant organization.
With more than five years specifically in senior HR and recruiting leadership within Chick-fil-A, I have a proven track record of identifying, attracting, and developing top talent who align with Chick-fil-A’s values and culture. I have built structured recruiting processes, expanded sourcing strategies, and trained hiring teams to consistently find and retain individuals who thrive in people-first, service-driven environments. My approach to recruiting ensures that every hire not only meets operational needs but also strengthens the culture of excellence Chick-fil-A is known for.
Today, I serve as Executive Director of Training for Multi-Unit Operator John Diamond in Atlanta, GA where I oversee end-to-end training, designing scalable systems that strengthen onboarding, elevate team performance, and prepare future leaders.

Hi, I’m Kendra! For the past eight years, I’ve built my career with Chick-fil-A, where I’ve had the privilege of leading teams, supporting Operators, and helping people step into their potential.
I’ve worn many leadership hats, from Team Leader and Director of Business Development to my current role as Director of Talent and Culture.
I’ve also served on Chick-fil-A Inc.’s Field Talent Staff, participating in more than 40 service opportunities to support new restaurant openings. These experiences strengthened my passion for identifying top talent, building strong teams, and creating environments where people and businesses thrive.
I have a master’s degree in Executive Leadership and a background in communications, which helps me connect with people, understand their goals, and support their growth.
I genuinely enjoy bringing top talent together with the right opportunities so that individuals and teams can flourish.

Hi, my name is Abram Moon. I’ve had the privilege of serving with Chick-fil-A for over a decade, and I currently serve as Chief Operations Officer at Chick-fil-A Frederick Blvd., leading a team of 100 in a restaurant that generates $11 million annually.
Throughout my journey, I’ve my deepest passion is developing leaders and supporting Operators. From helping launch new restaurants to training leaders as a Certified Trainer, I’ve seen firsthand how the right people in the right roles can transform a business and a community.
I’m excited to bring that same passion into my work as a contracted recruiter, helping Operators identify, select, and grow top talent to strengthen their teams and better serve their guests.

Hi, I’m Brandy! I live in beautiful Chattanooga, where life is always full with my family, two energetic dogs, and a love for connecting with people. I’ve been part of the Chick-fil-A family for over 7 years, spending 5 of those years as Director of Operations for two locations, and now serving as an HR Coordinator.
Through my experience, I’ve developed a passion for building strong teams, supporting growth, and creating a positive workplace culture. Recruiting allows me to connect with incredible individuals and help them find opportunities where they can thrive both personally and professionally.
